  • Establish priorities, developing and track the budget

  • Negotiate with the vendors and review contracts

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Creation and execution of a design scheme (complete use of company inventory available at no additional charge)

  • Assist in ordering save the dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials

  • Marriage License information

  • Site visit at venue to review layout, floor plan, décor and other recommendations

  • Communication with all vendors regarding event timeline, arrival times, specifications and plan for returning of equipment, if applicable

  • Assist in seating chart and floor plan design

  • Final consultation meeting 1-2 weeks prior to event

Wedding Day

  • On-site Coordinator during wedding

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with setup of ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnieres and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Handle all personal items for ceremony & reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)

  • Wedding emergency kit

  • Reception

  • Location Set-up &coordination of vendors

  • Guest coordination and assistance

  • Grand Entrance/Departure coordination

  • Distribution of final payments to applicable vendors

  • Wrap up detail after bride and groom depart
